I do land only.. but very selective of where what and who :).. just google in the state for lenders that do land you should find one but there wont be many..

Contacting other drywallers in the area to provide estimates to complete and remediate the existing job.

I have seen some people talk about Indy before in here, but if you do not get a response BiggerPockets now has a find a property manager tool located above ^

They will not provide cash flow unless you're acquiring a deal below market value or putting a significant amount of capital down.

My current focus is on securing my first deal under contract using PropStream & Off-Market strategies I am eager to connect with experienced investors who can provide insights or advice to help me navigate the early stages of my real estate journey.

If there is an area where you are not as confident like plumbing, electrical work, etc... then you can always find a subcontractor for that. 

Given the uncertain macroeconomic environment, I'd also really like to find a market where multiple investment strategies can be used to mitigate risk should I need to pivot quickly.
