Hi Brian,  no, I don't have experience with out of state investments, I do have extensive experience in running out of state construction, the rehab part is where I'm very comfortable with, now I need to get a team out there that can point out the right locations, PM, legal team and so on... 

Are there people you feel more comfortable with?

I feel like the taxes should be paid from the proceeds, not from me as the go-between.

I feel like Furnished Finder could make some very basic changes that would help them and their landlord hosts a lot, but they don't do it.

You can incentivize paying their rent ahead (by semester/term) via lump sums when they get their student loan reimbursements and also have their parents co-sign their lease for a backup plan if you don’t feel comfortable enough with them solely on the lease.
