Contact them, explain your situation and see what they say. 

Call around to both roofers and general contractors, explain the situation and eventually you should find someone who will do that type of project.

Master Lease", the way I have heard it explained by David Tilney is that you lease the property from him from him and take a % of the money you collect. 

Sorry Account Closed , I wasn't meaning to compare those two cities, I was just trying to explain why I personally like Dallas and Atlanta over other "hot" markets from a demographics point of view.  

How do you explain that to them?  

The realtor explains that on MLS, it won't sell as is to a retail buyer.

It also explains that it isn't a good idea to state that a tenant needs to pay first months and last months rent at the signing of the lease.
