I found my way to Massachusetts just less than two years ago and since have experienced many endeavors that have served as lifelong growth opportunities.Growing up I was always interested in construction, as my father had a small construction business that I often worked with throughout my high school career.

Trouble is, I'm not sure about turn key rentals as I've seen some experienced investors like freedom mentor (Phil P) try them and get out of them, recommending that you be within driving distance of your rentals.

I'm a landlord myself and offered my own experience but I was curious if any renters or landlords have come across instances in which they have experienced the act of receiving or lowering their rent/cashflow.  

Looking to learn very much still and network with a handful of honest, successful, and experienced investors.

The applicants are experiencing too much weirdness and bad vibes at one time.  

My question is have any body ever experienced a problem buying an REO property using hard money lenders?   

We're looking for experienced investors who've done at least 5 rehabs in the last twelve months.

SW Michigan continues to grow despite the east side of the state experiencing the opposite.

Just because an experienced landlord is seeing 5% doesn't mean every landlord can expect the same.
