I don't recall going there for that event, but I was walking by the ball room and they had the good looking crowd crowd working the door and cheering them on so I thought I'd stop in to see what all the fuss was about.

:)BTW you should try to get to Ann's Black Diamond REI events in Worcester.

It's possible that some units have electric baseboard heat, so in that event heat might not be the landlord's bill.

Make sure you are covered for replacement value so that your property can be rebuilt in the event of total loss.

Depending on the entity directing this event and recommendation, additional liability could be imputed.

The exception may be if you personally witnessed an abusive event ... and then it would probably have to be physical abuse before most authorities would take any action (policy forces and the judicial system are just starting to understand other forms of abuse {emotional, financial, etc} ).
