I have a bit of cash saved up (about 45K), and I work at a blue-collar job as an Amazon warehouse employee (around 41K/year working 60 hours a week).I listen to at least 7 hours of BP podcasts or business books per workday at my job and am at a point where I am pretty sure I know what I am doing in regards to analyzing deals and getting to know the area I would like to invest in.

Every time I want to go in vacation i choose the same hotel, which is not a very fancy one, but I just love employees there, the weather , the sea…I have house in Europe that I intended to rent, but I was also thinking of the possibility to sell it and buy an apartment in an all inclusive hotel in Cancun ( if possible Puerto Morello) , beach front.This would allow me to spend one month of vacation or more , and rent it the rest of the time.
