Hi, i am trying to get lists of owners for multifamily in Atlanta to skiptrace and listsoure shows zero. i talked with their customer support and they said maybe the city do not provide this information.
Any experience in this?

You would be better served getting a subscription to CoStar or YardiMatrix. They will have that information. List brokers will have a tough time getting the correct information, because most apartments are held in an LLC.
Better yet, if you're looking to buy apartment buildings, network with the top brokers that are selling the type/size apartment you're looking for.
