I posted the home and have 13 people wanting to go see it, and my phone won’t stop ringing, I’m starting to think I priced it too low.Have you guys ever had an open house for a rental property?

I do not have to fumble with glasses on my head, finding a button on my ear piece with disconnect issues, or reaching for the center console trying to drive to turn things off.I believe while outside people should be "in the moment".

I heard this was the best forum to be on because there are a lot of knowledgeable people so I'm all ears.

The gimmicks make is sound too good to be true, but I believe that there is a need for special needs housing, so I am not too sure if it isn't true.I currently have rental properties and increasing cashflow is always music to my ears.
