Come warm weather I'm back to door knocking.

The restored hardwood floors would look nice with something in the warm white spectrum on the walls.About the brick.

OKC is warming up recently as well.Florida has some strong areas going red hot these days as well.

Usually weight lifting, but in the summer i enjoy jogging as well.545-620  Shower, get ready for work.620-640  microwave a breakfast sandwich, warm up my truck.. head to work by 640....It's routine.

That is precisely why it is riskier from the lender's perspective (remember this vendor is in, or past,  a pre-sale redemption period) and why they are not going to be warm and fuzzy about it.

This proved helpful, and having a successful track record gave lenders the warm and fuzzy that we would do right by them.This is also combined with showing and speaking about what you are doing.

Finally closed my first "Wholesale Deal" last Friday,,,,,Currently have 3 warm leads in the hopper and just dropped my 3rd direct mail letter Wednesday......Loving it, can't wait until I have my own CA$H!
