Not disclosing that on the application opens the door to getting claims denied so don't do that either.

Can I get into any equal housing trouble by denying her because of her cats even though they are for emotional support??  

If the tenant applies and is denied, you can legally reject the service animal request.

After she didn't pay within the week and a hearing was setup, which she did not appear as well, she ordered a "stay" which the judge denied.

It look like, I will be denying the applicant.
