There is plenty of information on BP but cross-check everything you hear because much of the information is bad.As @Chris Lynch pointed out, it may be easier to set up an umbrella policy.

I am looking to invest in the platform and I can’t really find anything on it.

I wa wondering if anyone used any platforms like LendingClub or any other programs that yield a good return and don't involve too much of the legal aspect that you have with traditional niches. 

Cross-collateralization is allowed. 85% of the purchase price. 65% refinance. 50% cash out.

Now, I don't know if I should call the police or cross my shoulders and wait for the eviction process.

Plus I'm not an agent, wholeseller, lender, SDIRA specialist, syndicator, ect so I'm not using this platform advertise, drum up business,  or prove my bona fides to potential investors.

Or do it myself through legal zoom or other online platform?

*Shakes head* I always wondered why people of perfectly good health and that were youthful got frustrated and irritated at me for trying to help them cross the street...It's ok, because I've learned A LOT just by going through these motions. 

Someone claimed it was a great platform and I am totally loving the experience.

I posted it up, had some inquiries, fingers crossed I can get it rented in early 2019.
