I can't imagine having someone else do this, because the renters usually have some complex questions and problems that need answering (cashing paychecks, getting a drivers license, FAX service, USPS UPS & FedEx, a good defense attorney, how to get back home without transportation, medical emergencies, vehicle emergencies, etc etc)

It's more realistic to "cede some ground to the enemy", so to speak, and pick a defensible position.

I'm working with a couple partners (so more than one eye) on the deal, and my hard money lender is my last line of defense. 

I went to a HomeAway conference in Austin, and no one who worked there could even FIND my listing--and couldn't explain why. 

With that said, my understanding is that there are a couple of business's that lease some of the space and it appears that they do quite well in booking bus tours and professional conferences based on the traffic I see.
