I have many certifications and I am working toward being a Certified Land specialist with the Realtors Land Institute. 

They should of told me it would be difficult :) Finding a home that makes sense has been a natural challenge.  

Your moving in the right direction, but until you get it rehabbed/stabilized, your going to spend a lot more than you bring in, just the nature of the game.

But for some reason, it's human nature to let the negative far outweigh the positive.

There are several the big one I see is the ASHI school(American Society of Home Inspectors) and InterNACHI  (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). 

Zig while others zag and you will have a diverse portfolio naturally.

You cannot change the nature of a dog for a visit. 

As such I believe in education and recently have added the following:I am a certified digital marketer.

My first inclination was to say insure the hell out of it and plug in a few electric heaters and let nature take its course.
