I think that if I decide to keep the porches I'd better rebuild and put the extra 5K and get brand new porches which will last more hopefully.To your/others opinion, are porches nice to have or a real factor for tenants?

I am currently just now starting to grow my company and business to such a level where I can teach others and market/advertise/brand my company and generate my own leads as well.

My point is using social more for growing a presence/brand rather than being the faceless bandit sign guy that hides behind yellow letters and the occasional postcard.
