Probate wholesailing questions
Helllooo everyone! I am brand new and this is my first post ever on any forum. My questions have to do with probate. I recently sent out mail and got a response from a seller who is an executor. He is saying that he does not know how much is owed on the loan for the house and has tried contacting the bank but they will not give him any information. He has stated that he only wants about $10,000 more than what is owed on the home.
Question one: Can you wholesale a house that is in probate?
Question two: Is there another way to find out what the loan payoff would be, is this something a title company could provide?
Question three: Can this deal be done through a title company or does it have to go through the courts?
Any other advice or questions I should ask would be appreciated this would be my first wholesale deal if this happens...
