While you shouldn't necessarily gamble on appreciation in any particular area, but its obviously there.

They may have a restriction on gambling to, but I just found that humorous reading the language they chose to include. lol.As long as it is just notifying the lender, I don't see a problem with it.

I rather be in control over my money than having someone else gamble with it.

In the end I can only guess and a bit gamble on expenses that eat the rents away  AND then buy accordingly.

Education and financial literacy are very important, but we all take a gamble when we buy our first property.

That won't last forever though.The home is in a rural area off a long, poorly maintained dirt road, but borders a creek and a farm across the creek.

Our property was in a flood plain because it bordered a nice little lake with a decent view from the house.
