I recently made a small purchase on a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium and would like to rent out the bedroom.

I would also like to change the carpet to vinyl/laminate flooring, replace kitchen cabinets and countertop, and vanities in the bathroom.

Maybe a generalization on how much a kitchen costs or bathroom obviously it depends on the quality of material, but I’m just looking for a generalized estimate to get me to make an offer 

I've seen bathrooms that cost between $5-75k, and kitchens between $15-250k.

The 1st unit is almost done (kitchen and bathrooms are good), but 2nd unit is missing bathroom and kitchens.

1.5 bathrooms shouldn't be an issue assuming in general there is a strong rental demand.

I want to open up a kitchen, gut two bathrooms, get rid of a 35” x 35” closets, and open up the basement (where I have a couple of walls, floating ceiling and carpeted flooring).Your opinion would be greatly appreciated.

I have repeatedly seen the house just plain dirty; bathroom is gross, kitchen floor and countertop is always "thick", the bedrooms have crap piled all over the floors.

I am a DIY landlord and one of my tenants reached out and said " the overflow hole in the bathroom sink has a sulfur smell" and "the water has been leaving a yellow buildup around the drains" the tenant has used bleach to attempt to resolve this however it continues to come back.
