@Christopher PhillipsThanks a lot, i kinda line up with your thought in my risk analysis but wanted to make sure i wasnt rationalizing to convince myself.It is definitely not a new build, it has ben there for a while, it has heat and AC amd electrical, i highly doubt some homeowner could have winged it, but certainly possible.
