The gold I want to share here is this excel/google sheets formula that can automate guaranteed detection for spam numbers based on math.

They use short form title and automated valuation data tools that do not line up with a loan in first position.There were some last year.

Problem with Zillow and Rentler is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."

But none of them allowed me to enter common values, like 7 days due diligence, etc and other common data fields.Does anyone have an automation tool or similar?
