You won't find many entrepreneurs in real estate that are building a business delegating authority to others and coordinating activities as a manager and business owner.

No matter where you get it from, if the assignment is not promulgated by your local Real Estate Authority (in my case TREC, Texas Real Estate Commission) get it looked over by an attorney you trust. 

However, each author seems to talk about a seminar or workshop that changed his/her life and started them on the path to making real money by implementing "the formula" they were taught and taking the risk.This sounds great, but am I the only one left wondering what kind of legitimate programs are actually available?

.- Pro: You just got the relevant local gov't authority to say it's uninhabitable in it's current state.

Basically, the program is continuing without change for the time being.I'm currently authoring a blog post which will discuss the proposed changes, particularly as they relate to the real estate investment community.

It s my personal opinion"...I used to work for a Federal Contractor... their contracts are wordy, but don't scare me...I am a Brokerage that is now a HUD authorized Brokerage and can bid on any HUD property.As such, ALL of our agents are investors and bid on properties, all the time.
