Let them know you are a busy man and have only a limited amount of time or a particular time slot that you can view the property.  

At least from my point of view any way.

I grew up near Chicago and most people try to get me to return on the freshwater premise.It's a real concern in the macro view, but I think jobs and quality of life will be the bigger stories in the decade.

The $1mill was just to hard to pass up, after seeing it and having my friend run some comps we found out the land itself is worth nearly $1mill. 180 foot dock and 2boat lifts with a breathtaking view.

I know different people have different views on this, but if you're a competent licensee, you're a competent licensee, whether you attend a mandatory class or not.

I would be interested in your experiences in Worcester, as the properties I did research/view, I was not interested in the neighborhoods.

@William Johnson You don't necessarily have to view a property to make an offer on it.
