Pittsburgh is affordable to live so it draws many professionals seeking a city that has a lot to offer...that youthful vibe that is so appealing!

This is why wholesaling looks appealing to begin with in order to acquire some of that initial cash.

If the idea of being an agent appeals to you, go for it.

coke has different products to appeal to different people.

I never did anything in KC as the midwestern markets don't appeal to me as much because they have a lot less growth potential than other markets (they are considered stable markets) and Charlotte was great a couple years ago but the hedge funds ran into and depleted the inventory.

Phoenix and Las Vegas are two appealing options at the moment.I've read about my options and it seems that rental properties fit my profile best.

I love to drive through a potential neighborhood and see how the curb appeal of the feels as a whole neighborhood.
