First time posting, but I've been lurking this amazing site for about a month now trying to learn everything I can! 

We have been in real estate for just under a year and we have joined BiggerPockets to expand our horizons and learn from all of the amazing individuals on here.

Amazing Sean , you do know what you talking about , I am new to this but now that you said what you did , it makes lots of sense , because I am a Concordia university's student and lots of exchange students here up to a semester or 2 , really great advice there Sean.

It's amazing how much hand holding is needed also, like they don't see obvious things that need to be done like electrical etc.
