@Tim O'Rourke - Funny I was just talking about this topic with another investor.  

It has been extensively debated among professionals ever since the PPP started, and to my knowledge there is no consensus.Here's my 2 cents on this highly debatable topic.

They are still having their monthly virtual meeting and then several subgroup virtual meetings focused on topics like fix and flip and buy and hold...and so much more.

Ideally for a rental property, you want to attract quality tenants that are reliable and dependable, that’s a complete topic on its own.

This is not a sexy topic - but is soooooo important!
