Is there anyone that could give me advice on how to guide the situation.I'm planning on driving to NM Friday night to talk to the property manage company on Saturday.

I currently work (4) 10 hour days and am off Friday, Saturday & Sunday's.Any advice you all could give me to a newbie realtor?

I have a meeting with my Realtor this Friday, and here is what I have so far. 1. 

I learned today that the property I was supposed to close on Wednesday won't close until next Friday (at the earliest).

But I do it nicely, ok can you install the carpet this Friday or the following Monday. , this suits me so much better.

Of course, they tell us this at 5:00 on a Friday before a 3 day week-end.

"I'll have the security deposit for the house on Friday and we'd like to move in over the weekend because we have to move out of our apartment then and we'll have to live in a hotel".Guy is trying to work with a private landlord because no commercial company will take them because of this eviction history (I suspect it's more than one eviction).Gail

I tried to get the deal done on Friday, but the guy is out of state and said his son would have the house open between 1-3 on Sunday. 

Like Smokey in Friday would say, "Daaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnggggggggg!!!"

The FI Team meets Fridays around 5 at Improper City, so we will be there tomorrow.
