This gentleman used this platform to promote and grow his scam.  

It is basically promoting your company to your buyers persona ( target market- different buyer personas 1) folks with inhertited homes 2) folks downsizing 3) folks behind on their taxes 4) Folks who lost their jobs, cant pay mortgage (whatever situation that you have been successful attracting) through blogs, vlogs, podcasts, SEO, white papers, e books, social media marketing (paid facebook advertising), pay per click (google adwords) and other forms of content creation or content marketing. 

It can take many hours of effort to figure what is happening in any giving area despite what some like to promote.

I also paid for the Facebook marketplace promotion, as she doesn't want to do it.

But in this case, the applicant mentioned a "lease option", and often the promoter (landlord here) of these is scamming and just interested in churning the unit to another lease option victim applicant.

Dealing in real estate is NOT some casual affair as you hear in forum chatter or blogs or podcasts, mentor programs or as product promotions may suggest.Asking if you can command more rent than the basic economic justifications allow is predatory dealing.

The operating partner “bought in” to the syndicate at a discounted price, and receives a “promote” for the management of the construction, lease up, and property management besides receiving management fees.

I have looked at many of the site's investments, but most of my experience is as a promoter.

So my suggestion would be to improve accessibility and details given on the page to promote the forms.Also, the FB ad mentioned BP will be updating the documents once a year to keep up to date on the state laws.
