Follow-up campaigns using CRM tools and email marketing software can be valuable for managing and communicating with your buyers as the list grows to see where the real engagement is then separate the quality of buyers into buckets. 

March we signed with a Property Manager and May 21st, today,  they are still there enjoying free rent. 

Painted the buildings and Managed the property myself.

Gather a team - a real estate agent, someone to manage the property, and local contacts.

We currently have 5 projects going on.  

Granted, they are managing tenants in a popular fix and flip area where folks just get a lease signed above market to appear great, sell the property then realize the tenant is terrible and are stuck.

Also consider that a deal is NOT what is advertised its what YOU make of it by negotiating, rehabbing, managing, etc to maximize its potential.

You're ability to manage is what will make or break this.
