I get calls for properties i owned years and years ago.

It’s going to go away from a commission based model (which to me never really made sense but not complaining about it). 25 years ago when there really wasn’t online listings and you would check the newspaper or call agents for listings times have changed and commissions made sense.

Most of our owners allow us to do both, what we call intermediary.

SFH#1 seems to have stabilized for now after owning for a year and repairs were called in 6 times in 7 months.

Hello everyone, I came across a company called "master the hack" on Instagram.

@John Woodrich Good call out John, our structure is not a series LLC (at least not the way that people usually use the term) as each LLC is a separate LLC with its own EIM and operating agreement as opposed to what most people mean when they say Series LLC . 

I have been all over the Yucatan and Tulum keeps calling me back.
