Minor remodel done on the interior What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Suzanne,Not a big fan, but I see more often showing instructions that say that no interior inspections will be performed until a contract is in place, along with a preapproval or proof of funds. 

The only downside is interior repairs/remodeling because the walls are lath/ mortar plaster and the steel bathtubs are 400lbs. 

Looking for a mentor or anyone that could help me learn more about real estate investing or that can simply give me advice, anything helps.

If you suspect the interior of that property is a little more out dated or worn, then maybe estimates the rents pulling in a little below average for that area.

Those loans will not go by FNMA guidelines, but the bank's internal commercial underwriting criteria.
