I always see people discussing their lease clauses, but our SC form has 41 clauses, and I can't imagine anything that isn't covered in there, unless its very specific to a particular property.

The plan was to live off of one and take the other one to invest, so if all of the buy and holds were vacant we could pay the mortgage with that income, so no pressure to take a bad renter or have any concern about missed payments, giving us the ability to screen better and have better less drama, then take the income from when they are rented and pour it and any extra on the one with the smallest mortgage and take that and roll it to the next smallest, rinse and repeat, because a paid for rental will cash flow like a mother and with no risk of foreclosure.

They use regional multipliers for whatever area you are in and I can't imagine it to be "accurate" but better than just guessing.

I can't imagine denying my wife something as simple as a signature if she came to me with a solid business plan with nine existing examples of success, in order for her to keep being successful and add to the income I'm already benefiting from.Ah yes, the tit-for-tat spending.
