I’m analyzing a home right now that is in a mobile home park.Is there anything different about these homes that I need to investigate in terms of how property ownership works?

And I think that this property would do very good for a mobile home park.

I haven't personally checked into this, but from what I've heard getting a mortgage on a used manufactured or mobile home has quirks, and not a lot of lenders will loan on them.

I'm looking at specific properties and owner names to be able to contact their mobile phone number.

Hello All,I'm thinking to buy a land and put couple of mobile/trailer homes on it.

@Courtney Johnson, any experienced mobile home park owner will tell you larger parks make more sense, including me. 

Now end of Jan we finally have some frost and about 5 inches of snow on the ground, but talk to the snow mobile guys about how much of a season they have seen the last years... personally I think it's a wash compared to the south, where you can't leave your AC for the summer, at least I can dress for winter.
