Mobile/trailer homes for rental in Houston area

Hello All,

I'm thinking to buy a land and put couple of mobile/trailer homes on it. Then rent it out. But never done that before. What sort of issues/road-blocker can come in my way? Do I need to get permits before I start? Where do I begin? Any help and putting me in right direction would be very helpful?

    I have mobile home friendly land for sale just outside city limits but still in Harris County. Land within city limits is against City regulations.
