I was wondering if there were any investors in Fort Wayne,IN or if anyone has invested in Indiana by chance?

I've seen rents for 1/1 at $1450 and 2/1 at $1750 which is higher than what i've been looking at in Hollywood/ Fort lauderdale. 

I called the city of Fort Worth and they said they don’t issue Certificate of Occupancy for residential properties(this is confusing to me since I’m LA you need CofO for any remodel and to occupy the structure).

I am a Realtor in Fort Worth and I have lenders that can approve all types of scenarios.

As for "dirt cheap" REO properties along the Hudson, the only units I can think of are a few small condos/coops around Fort Lee that have very very high taxes, and doubly high HOA fees ($1000+ per month each).

Ideally I’d like to find a multi-fam but I’ve been noticing a decent amount of 1br condos in Fort Lee around $100k.

It is a perfect Air BB just steps away from the sand on Fort Lauderdale Beach.

With my job I could be based out of Orlando or Fort Lauderdale.

I'm from NYC and in the process of looking for a STR property in Fort Lauderdale, FL that I can also use from time to time.

As most Fort Campbell soldiers migrate further away from Ft Campbell for their housing needs (exit 8, exit 11 etc) Oak Grove will hopefully wither and die off.
