So take that into consideration when you're looking into your options and the law/code.2) Look into:RVTiny homes (some could be below the square footage that comes under scrutiny)Tiny homes on wheels (like RV, but smaller, and less unsightly) - the wheels at least get you out of the building code issues.

Even if you are extremely dialed into the "wholesale" market, it is tough to find a deal that you are going to live in because you aren't rational about it.

I know a 0% occupancy and even a 50% occupancy is extremely pessimistic, and again i am looking at properties that are already at or near 100% occupancy currently.

These were of course the extreme cases but I was amazed at the number of folks who would not pay child support for 7 years but pay $3,000 for a guided hunt, $2,000 for a sheep mount,  but not pay $250 per month for his 2 kids child support.
