Rough background on myself, I got laid off back in May of this year and have been wanting to fully dive into real estate in the San Diego market.

You can go see some houses, figure out what areas and asset classes you are most comfortable with and dive in! 

I am on the hunt to expand my knowledge and skill set before I dive into my first investment.
