Looking to be of value in the San Diego market
Rough background on myself, I got laid off back in May of this year and have been wanting to fully dive into real estate in the San Diego market. I have very little experience with real estate. I’ve helped a friend in the last three years flip two houses in the Chula Vista area. We did 90% percent of the flip ourselves as far as the rehab is concerned. I have nothing but time and know I could be of value to an investor. I can do things on your to do list that you may not want to do, tag along on flips or anything you’d need done. I’ve done cold calling to try and get a wholesale deal but no luck yet. I’d like to start wholesaling to build funds for other areas of real estate. I realize it’s a numbers game and I’m just not there yet. If you or someone you know needs someone to do their tasks I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
