The key is understanding how it works in terms of it's structure...Corporation -> Workspaces -> Apps -> Items -> FieldsI will say that while Podio itself is great, you really need to integrate GlobiFlow so you can create automations to help control the flow of your data and create tasks to run your business on.  

The realtor will provide you w/ data to help determine where to buy property.  

If your current objective is to explore other markets for possible investments, I suggest you get methodical about it.

Very good.... in my opinion but that's just based off your data. 

The data I found indicates they may actually still live in the home.  

If for title company, you'll need full certificate, not the informational-only version with redacted data that many state bureau of vital statistics offer.

And be extra conservative because you don't have solid data.

For any type of crime data, you can check the local police department's websites.
