@Joe OnoratoI would have them remove the panels would buy new one and an inverter and find a roofing company to have the new panels installed and an electrician to have the new one installed if it would bring in an extra 200 per month...Just my 2 cents

But, it can start to get a lot more expensive if you need to get engineering reports, if you need to pour footers, if you need to install beams, if jacking up the house causes other structural concerns, if there is a brick veneer/structure that crumbles during remediation, etc.Could be very inexpensive ($1-2K) or could be more expensive than knocking down the house and starting over.

I did see that one thing you can do is turn it into a commercial property/license but that seems cost prohibitive due to most likely having to install sprinkler systems and become ADA accessible.It seem unfortunate that Denver is missing out on all the tax revenue that could be generated by a strong STR market.Any ideas you folks have would be greatly appreciated,Sid
