I don't like calendar app except for reminders because I like to see my whole week at a glance and I never found that phone calendars good for that.

Hi Everyone,  I notice the real estate guru's are using zillow to find comps on properties and when doing so they're using the zillow app, they're selecting "for sale" and "recently sold" into the fillers screen.

We found it via Realtor.com/App and used a real estate agent with inspectors to negotiate.

Sometimes the listing agent will communicate through text or even the Showing Time app if they don't have time to reply to each offer individually. 

But There are property management tools/ apps to deal with requests. for laundry, you can get coin / credit card operated machines.

A small profolio of 5 units- looking to manage my properties more efficiently-I was thinking of Cozy- HOWEVER I'm living outside the US- and the site is blocked to whoever is not logging in from the US.Thus- every time I would like to log-in as a landlord- I will need to use a VPN service...So I was thinking of using the Zillow Rental Manager- which is (kind of) free, available outside the states, and has an app (no VPN needed).
