Zillow Navigating First Timer

Hi Everyone,  

I notice the real estate guru's are using zillow to find comps on properties and when doing so they're using the zillow app, they're selecting "for sale" and "recently sold" into the fillers screen. My question is how come it's not accessible to me? I can only choose one or the other. How can I select both to make this easier? Thanks!
