Just thought I'd post this for any landlords deciding whether to spend the energy advertising an apartment this close to Chrismas.I have small 1BR units, clean, safe and inexpensive $675 plus utilities, in a small town 20 minutes o commute to Nashua NH and Manchester NH, could commute to Boston, MA, but if this is all the apartment you can afford, you're probably not working in Boston.

You could subdivide parcels out later for more money.Generally older houses are smaller but sit on really nice size lots that you can't find in newer homes for that price point and area.Check zoning cases to see activity slated for the area,transportation road improvements,and other county and city projects that will increase demand for the area in coming years.Cash flow only is not everything for a property.If I can use the land or change it's use etc.

At least not many people that overpaid for a place are looking at negative amortization ARMs with 0% equity, so that kind of stuff that sank people last time won't be a factor.Anyway I can see some reals signs of bubbling in my area, and given the patterns of a decade ago it might be wise to pay attention if you hear about the Boston area real estate market having issues.
