So now the debate in my head is do I want to trade some lack of privacy for a modest financial gain?

Many of them today have dropped so low that they are trading below net asset value.

I wanted to get into real estate, so I brought an investment property in NJ without any experience whatsoever.  

I don't know many long standing business people that are willing to trade risk for no return. 

They have little intrinsic value whatsoever.
