Rent Manager is web based and has great mobile apps for tenant management and service issues.

I can go on any online portal and get my apartment deal on their web page to raise money, but that doesn't mean it's any better than if I raise money without the portal.

Hey guys,I was about to send these 2 wireframes (made into a slideshow to demonstrate how it works) to a programmer to have it developed into a web tool - basically it scans the zip code for current listings by $/sq ft and shows the lowest price per sq ft as "deals":https://www.slideshare.net/secret/4o378v4Enp7MiaI thought it might be helpful to share this concept and see if anyone else would be interested in using such a tool.What do you guys think?

Over the past three months I have had a tenant become increasingly unreliable at paying rent on time.Late rent and excuses became more frequent.Filing the 5-day notice was done for each incident.Excuses ranged from “someone stole my identity” to medical emergency.

Chase has a web page with a phone number to call to set up an account. 

Or if there is an "Expert" mode single screen version of the BP web tool that would be awesome too.

For small and specific jobs, fiverr.com has been very useful to me (mostly for web design stuff and/or social media projects).
