Hello, I am thinking about looking to Invest in Austin area single family residential property in the next 6 months to one year.I am also thinking about 3 bedroom 2+ bath which may typically within the range of investment.Since its going to be for Rental, what is the preferred in Austin area for renting out, is it single storey house with 3 bedrooms with 1500+ Sqft or two storey with 2000+ sqft and upstair bedrooms?
