We recently had a sound transfer problem between two units with an adjacent wall we used mineral wool and a sheet of mass loaded vinyl;  it did the trick.

You may be of the opinion that I as an agent have mystical powers to use Jedi Mind Tricks to confuse, or otherwise fool their 2 listing agents, the Seller, and the Asset Manager at the bank.
