This would not be a bad first buy it would be terrible.

I had my assistant find a great deal on a class that ended up being terrible so be careful on trying to save a buck.

I found some place on Lending Tree who would refinance immediately, but the terms were terrible.

Some landlords will jump at that and not screen, every time I've seen that it's been a terrible tenant with a bad criminal or eviction history.  

We got our money down before anyone else, and paid $55K for a house that, even in terrible shape, should've gone for twice that.

I don't think I will be looking in DC more like the Alexandria, Springfield, or Woodbridge unless that's all considered part of the larger DC area I am not terribly familiar with how everything is referenced.
