Not all title companies are the same - most don't do this everyday and you don't want to be teaching them.    

That being said, I live in Essex County, New Jersey and am willing to do whatever is takes for the mentor who is willing to teach me and create a protege of excellence.

I'm currently working full-time as an IT professional and will be getting my Teaching English as a Second Language certificate at the end of may when I finish the course that starts March 2nd. 

They are even doing walkthroughs of some houses on Saturday and teaching how to estimate the cost of renovations.  

I'm a life long SoCal investor buying property in Vermont. In Cali, fireplaces are a huge plus, in the NorEast they are rarely mentioned. From reading the forums I guess 100 yr old homes the fireplaces are a negative?...

i am also looking for JV with an experienced investor to teach me pre and post rehab operations. im a newbie too but on my first week, i learned a lot. podcasts, books is a great resource for me.

@Justin Howe Well I can't post an example of one here, but these are sites that teach the potential leads.

He is know for his private lending leaning programs. however He was slapped by the SEC for what he was doing (which is what he was teaching)  He then started to include SEC compliance with his private lending info and it was pretty bad.
