I am looking for a title company that knows how to work double closing and assignment deals in Spokane WA or surrounding areas.

Improvements and costs: repainted everything ($1k); removed carpet in bedrooms and hall and replaced with 25-year LVT ($2k), which required floor leveling; replaced kitchen formica with granite ($1k); professionally recoated very stained cast iron bathtub and tile surround ($1k); repaired kitchen cabs, painted and new handles ($800); new stove hood ($50); replaced old light fixtures ($100); replaced bath vanity and mirror ($250); new toilet seat ($20), new blinds in living room ($100).  

Furthermore, regarding the contractors I have hired and surrounding neighbors have hired, Ive seen their work. 

Even the expensive areas close to downtown I wouldn't consider A class neighborhoods because of the surrounding parts.

Same goes for a nice plastic tub surround vs tile (like a high-quality one-piece insert, not some crap piece-mail glue-on).The good news is, there are sooo many choices.

I would highly recommend those guys if you are looking in the Houston and surrounding areas!
