Diving under the ice was the most beautiful thing- and finding gold on the seafloor and being watched from the shadows by a spotted ice seal- that said though, the people striking it rich out there were doing it in the form of tv contracts, not so much dredging.

Had you not vested title in the LLC but rather you natural name, you would be in a different spot however, the plaintiff's attorney is not yours and they would still require you to proceed through the court or get an attorney.
