@Austin GeiserBefore spending any money on pamphlets, I recommend doing it on Craigslist, making sure you can manage the process and properly incentivize people.I recently heard of an investor in Staten Island offering $1000 for any deal that closes.

I have a short sale approved for $335,000 until September 22 2014 for a property in long island NY.

I was just quoted $1280 with $2,500 deductible or $1387 with $1000 deductible on a 1983 $110k townhouse on James Island/Charleston.
